Flu Shots are recommended yearly to protect against the latest influenza strains. The flu vaccine protects against 3 to 4 different influenza strains — on average these strains change yearly.

Listed below are the vaccination requirements for individuals organized by age. These requirements are from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention). If you do not have the shots listed below you will need to be brought up to date by a healthcare provider. If you are unsure if you have met these requirements, please feel free to contact us for verification.
